When will my order go out?
All orders placed during the pre-sale will be shipped on June 16, 2023.
Your order will be shipped the next day at the latest.
How long will my package take to arrive?
Your order will be delivered in a period of 2 to 5 working days from the date of departure from our facilities.
The dealer will make two attempts. If after the 2nd attempt your order has not been delivered, it will be sent to the SEUR facilities from where you can go to pick it up. To avoid this, and for the delivery person to be able to contact you, we recommend that you add your phone number.
Will I receive a notification when my order is shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped.
Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code.
My order appears delivered, but I don't have it.

Can I pick up my order at a collection point?
We currently do not offer this option.
Lack of stock of products
In the event that Ganbatte Superfoods does not have any of the products in your order in stock, you can reserve your order by clicking on the "pre-order" button. The product will be sent to you when it is in stock. You will not be charged any amount until the order has been shipped.
What happens if I am not at the delivery address?
The transport company will contact you and try to deliver the order a second time. We recommend that you fill in your phone number when making the payment to avoid any unforeseen delivery.
